Description

This document describes a sample for scenario '2b' in document E-WMS - Autoreceive: receiving a serial number / SKU item, generating your own serial numbers and SKU numbers and printing labels, and automatically generating receipt lines for a successive range of serial and SKU numbers. In this scenario, E-WMS production receipts is used.

In the hand terminal settings for production receipts (menu System, E-WMS, Scanners, Production receipts settings), the options 'S/B number generation', 'Autoreceive' and 'Auto. SKU label screen' are enabled, and the mask for serial number is specified in the E-WMS General settings in menu System, General, Settings. The item has a SKU configurations of 100 sales units per SKU.

Scanning production receipt, scanned item code A3020	The SKU label print screen shows; the receipt location still has to be confirmed	500 serial numbers are to be received. These numbers will be generated and labels will be printed	This requires 5 SKUs, so 5 new SKU numbers will be generated and 5 SKU labels will be printed
The new serial numbers, SKU numbers and receipt lines are now generated	The 500 receipt lines are generated. The scanning screen appears, as if you scanned 500 numbers manually.	You can scan more, or press STOP (2x) to complete this receipt.
