Description

This document describes a sample for scenario '1c' in document E-WMS - Autoreceive: receiving a standard SKU item, using external SKU numbers, and generating receipts starting from a specific SKU number increasing with a variable increment.

In the hand terminal settings for receipts registration (menu System, E-WMS, Scanners, Receipt registration settings) the options 'Autoreceive' and 'Use external SKU nrs' are enabled.  

In item maintenance (WMS button), a specific two-layer SKU configuration is linked as default SKU configuration.

If you would see another SKU configuration than expected (than linked to the item as default configuration; see 4th ASP screenshot), it may be possible that you already generated SKU numbers for this item and this purchase order in the past. If there are unused SKU numbers for a combination of item and order, the SKU configuration for the first unused SKU number will always be applied.

Depending on the status of the purchase order after this receipt, you may return to the scan screen of the current order line (when the auto receipt was not for the ordered quantity), or to the next receipt line, or you may see the message 'alle lines are scanned'.
