Introduction

This document describes the Autopack advice report, as used in SSCC Shipment Builder and E-WMS Autopack functionality, per product update 407.

Description

When using E-WMS Autopack functionality in E-WMS or in SSCC Shipment Builder (Exact Globe Next menu WMS, To be processed, Order fulfillment, Control Center or menu Order, Entries, SSCC Shipment Builder) an advice will be generated to divide quantities in a sales order, over one or more generated SSCC (pallet- or box) numbers.  Starting from product update 407, the Autopack advice report is changed to provide details on the shipment structure:

The report will list items per generated SSCC number, per 'shipment' (=combination of sales order and shipment number, visible in the header information). After each shipment, the report will generate a new page, so the shipments can be handled separately.

Shipment header

The shipment header is shown once per shipment. Following information is shown in the shipment header:

• sales order number
• delivery date (of the sales order header)
• order debtor code
• shipment number, as assigned by E-WMS
• description (order header 'description' field)
• delivery debtor code
• name and address (3 address lines, postal code, city, country) of order debtor
• name and address (3 address lines, postal code, city, country) of delivery debtor
• total number of 'outer SSCCs' (pallets) in this shipment
• total number of 'inner SSCCs' (boxes) in this shipment

If one shipment has multiple pages, then on each page header, only the sales order number and shipment number are shown:

Shipment lines

The lines are ordered by: outer SSCC number, inner SSCC number, item code, S/B number, quantity (descending).

Following information is shown per line:

• Outer SSCC number (pallet number): repetition of the same number is suppressed, this is the case when the pallet would contain several boxes or items.
• Inner SSCC number (box number): this column is empty when you did not configure a structure including 'inner SSCC's'.
• Item code: the item code (available space for long item codes is limited)
• Item description: the item description from the sales order line (available space for longer descriptions is limited)
• '*': Lines marked with '*' have 'partial delivery' (insufficient stock available, but the sales order allows 'partial delivery'). When this occurs, this is explained in the page footer, as foot note:
  
  
    
  
• Quantity: the quantity to put in this SSCC, of this item and serial/batch (if applicable)
• S/B: the serial/batch number to put in this SSCC
• Location: the advice item default location (will show only when using 'warehouse locations')
