Modifying Customer Rating Rules
Introduction
To modify the customer rating rules, click the relevant customer rating in the Ratings column.
Menu path
Go to Marketing/Setup/Rating: Rule/Customer and then click the relevant rating in the Rating column.
Roles & rights
To modify rating rules, function right 261 – Maintain rating rules is required. Users with the Customer manager role have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Click this to save the customer rating information.
Close
Click this to exit.
Description
Rating: Amount section
Rating
By default, the rating displayed is the predefined customer rating selected in the customer rating overview.
Type
By default, the customer type displayed is Customer.
Start
Type a numerical value to specify the starting value for the range of values that qualify for the customer rating.
End
Type a numerical value to specify the ending value for the range of values that qualify for the customer rating.
