PU 502 | 501 | 500 (Globe+) and 424 | 423 (Globe): German XBRL supports new taxonomy 6.5 (German legislation)
At the beginning of the year, all German companies are
required to submit their annual balance sheet (e-Bilianz) based on the latest
taxonomy version (XBRL format).
In this product update, we have introduced the new taxonomy
version 6.5 for e-Bilianz. This version is for businesses with year 2021 and
2022 balance sheet submission in year 2023.
New field
We have
added the Action field in the import taxonomy screen.
Once you have selected an option at the Action
field, you must select the directory of the taxonomy folder.
Once you click the Import button and the taxonomy has
been successfully imported, you can link the taxonomy.
Copy mappings
You
can copy all the linked general ledger mappings and GCD information from one
version to another version for the same element. You can copy the general
ledger mappings for GCD,GAAP, or both to the 2021.04.14 taxonomy based on the
selection you selected at Copy.
Linking taxonomy
Once
you have successfully imported the taxonomy 6.5, you can view the normal GAAP
or MicroBilG version with the GCD in the linking taxonomy menu path. You will
see the following taxonomy screen:
You can select the taxonomy (GAAP, MicroBilG, or GCD) and
click Open to link the taxonomy to the relevant general ledgers in the
link taxonomy screen.
Creating instance documents
It
is compulsory to link the BVV of the GCD elements for sending taxonomy 6.5.
Select the new version and click New.
In the taxonomy screen, select the financial
year and new version, and click Generate to generate the instance
document.
