Exact Visual scheduler - Defining order of operations and operations to be displayed

Introduction
In this screen, you can select the operations to be displayed in the Shop overview and Operation zoom in forms and customize the order of the operations.
The order of operations will be saved based on user ID. The last defined order will be displayed when you log in.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 405 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I define the operations to be displayed?
- In the Selection: Production order screen, define the criteria to display only the production orders that you want to view in the scheduler.
- Click Start.
- In the Visual scheduler screen, click Settings and click Operation order to display the Operation display order screen. Alternatively, click Op. zoom in at the toolbar, click Settings, and then click Operation order.
- In the Operation display order screen, double-click the required operation displayed under the Available section to move the operation to the Selected section. Alternatively, you can select an operation, and then click to move it to the Selection section. To move all operations to the Selected section at once, click
Add all.
- Click OK. The operations under the Selected section will now be displayed in the Shop overview and Operation zoom in forms.
Keep in mind: Child operations are not displayed in the list, but are displayed with the parent operation in the Shop overview or Operation zoom in form.
How do I define the order of operations to be displayed?
- In the Selection: Production order screen, define the criteria to display only the production orders that you want to view in the scheduler.
- Click Start.
- In the Visual scheduler screen, click Settings and click Operation order to display the Operation display order screen. Alternatively, click Op. zoom in at the toolbar, click Settings, and then click Operation order.
- In the Operation display order screen, select an operation under the Selected section and click the up or down arrow to move the operation above or below.
- Click OK. The operations under the Selected section will now be displayed in the Shop overview and Operation zoom in forms in the defined order.
Keep in mind: Child operations are not displayed in the list, but are displayed with the parent operation in the Shop overview or Operation zoom in form.
Columns
Available section
This section displays the operations available for selection.
Operation
This column displays the operation codes.
Cost center
This column displays the cost centers that the operations belong to.
Selected section
This section displays the selected operations to be displayed in the defined order.
Operation
This column displays the operation codes.
Buttons
Move up
Click this to move an operation in the order up by one level.
Move down
Click this to move an operation in the order down by one level.
Note: The Move up and Move down buttons are used in the Selected section only.
Add
Click this to add a selected operation from the Available section to the Selected section.
Remove
Click this to move a selected operation from the Selected section back to the Available section.
Add all
Click this to move all operations from the Available section to the Selected section.
Remove all
Click this to move all operations from the Selected section to the Available section.
OK
Click this to save the order of operations.
Cancel
Click this to cancel the setting of order of operations and exit.
