PU 503 | 502 | 501 (Globe+) and 424 (Globe): Price differences for invoices based on settings (Japanese legislation)
Previously, we introduced the Japanese Qualified Invoice System
in Exact Globe Next. For more information, see Japanese Qualified Invoice
System introduced (Japanese legislation).
The VAT amounts are now calculated based on VAT rates. Thus,
there might be some price differences or rounding when processing invoices. In
this product update, the price differences between sales invoices and entries
made to the sales journal will be adjusted based on the settings.
If
you have selected the Use first line GL check box in the Details
screen at System > General > Settings > General ledger settings
(click Detail at Calculation differences), the price differences
or rounding will be adjusted as a journal entry. However, the condition for the
first Costs GL must not be an ITR or a VAT general ledger account.
If you did not select the Use first line GL
check box, the price differences or rounding will be adjusted as an entry in general
ledger account as defined at Calculation differences in the settings.
