This document provides you the steps to generating the report to view the roles and rights that have been assigned to employees.
User roles and rights are roles and rights that are assigned to your employees. These roles define the main responsibilities of the employees in the company. Every role covers specific rights held by each employee.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Type or select a person or a range of people to display the roles and rights that have been assigned to the selected person(s). Select the All check box if you want to display the roles and rights of all persons in the report.
Type or select a cost center or a range of cost centers to display the roles and rights that have been assigned to the selected cost center(s) in your report. Select the All check box if you want to display the roles and rights of all cost centers in the report.
Type or select a cost unit or a range of cost units to display the roles and rights that have been assigned to the selected cost unit(s) in your report. Select the All check box if you want to display the roles and rights of all cost units in the report.
Type or select a manager or a range of managers to display the roles and rights that have been assigned to the selected manager(s). Select the All check box if you want to display the roles and rights of all managers in the report.
Type a security level or a range of security levels to display the roles and rights that have been assigned to the selected security level(s). Select the All check box if you want to display the roles and rights of all security levels in the report.
Select this check box to include active persons in the report.
Select this check box to include inactive persons in the report.
Select this check box to include hired persons who have yet to report to work in the report.
Click this to generate the report for the user roles and rights.
Click this to exit.
