In this screen, you can schedule a single production order. You can also view the schedule of a production order, move the operations of the production order, change the scheduling variables, and view details of the production order.
Keep in mind: Only production orders with the Open, Authorized, Released, and Printed statuses can be scheduled.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 405 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to search for the production order that you want to schedule.
Click this to save the information defined.
Click this to return to the Shop overview form. For more information, see Overview of Exact Visual scheduler.
Click this to view and manage the production scheduled for each operation. For more information, see Operation zoom in form.
Click this to move the schedule of a production operation to a different timeframe. For more information, see Moving scheduled production operations.
Note: You may also drag and drop the existing schedule to display the Move step screen.
Fill in the production order number to display the production order and the related scheduling information. Alternatively, click Search in the toolbar to select a production order from the results list. The selected production order will be displayed as a hyperlink in the previous screen.
This displays the quantity of the items to be made.
This displays the status of the production order.
This displays the date that the first production operation is scheduled to start.
This displays the date that the last production operation is scheduled to end.
This displays the code of the make item.
Select the component or sub-component operation of the production, if available.
This displays the promised date of the first open delivery line of the production.
This displays the quantity to be delivered on the first open delivery of the production.
This tab allows you to review the schedule of a production order in a Gantt view, move production operations into a different timeframe, and view the scheduling exceptions.
Click this icon to change the view of the timeline.
This tab allows you to review the scheduling information of each production operation, material requirements or component productions that are linked to a production operation, and change any of the scheduling variables.
This column displays the codes of the operations that the production operations are running through.
This column displays the remaining setup hours of the production operations.
This column displays the remaining run hours of the production operations.
A is displayed if the production operation is linked to a material requirement or a component production. You can double-click the icon to view the operation details or the material requirement / component production linked to the production operation.
This column displays the total remaining hours of the production operations.
This column displays the number of machines in the operations that the production operations will run through or the number of employees that will work on the production operations during the scheduled timeframe. This value can be modified.
This column displays the dates and time that the production operations are scheduled to start. The dates and time can be modified.
This column displays the dates and time that the production operations are scheduled to end. The dates and time can be modified.
A icon is displayed if the production operation is locked. A production operation is locked when it is moved, the start or end date is modified, approved, or approval is removed.
This column displays the statuses of the production operations. The statuses can be modified.
This tab allows you to review the component production of the production order that is being scheduled and the scheduling information.
This column displays the component production numbers. You can view the sub-component production of the production order by clicking the plus sign next to the number.
This column displays the levels of the component productions in the assembly structure.
This column displays the codes of the make items being made on the component productions.
This column displays the descriptions of the production orders.
This column displays the number of make items to be made on the component productions.
This column displays the number of make items on the component productions that have been completed.
This column displays the dates and time the first production operations on the component productions are scheduled to start.
This column displays the dates and time the first production operations on the component productions are scheduled to end.
This column displays the statuses of the component productions.
This column displays the remaining hours to complete all inside operations on the component productions.
This tab allows you to view scheduling exceptions that occurred during the scheduling process.
This column displays the codes of the operations (inside operations) on production operations that have exceptions.
This column displays the material requirements or the make items being made by the component productions that are linked to the production operations.
This column displays the descriptions of the exceptions.
This tab allows you to view the material requirements or component productions of a production order in the assembly structure that is linked to the production operations. These links help to ensure that materials and component make items are available when a production operation needs them.
This column displays the start dates of the material requirements once the production order has been scheduled.
This column displays the end dates of the material requirements once the production order has been scheduled.
Define the dates that the materials are due, if required.
Click this to view a graphical display of the schedule of the production operations.
Click this to review important details about the production operation on a production. These include the production quantities, estimated, actual, and projected hours, linked or non-linked material requirements, and the scheduled start time and end time. Click this to remove the current scheduled of the production operation.
Click this to display the Scheduling option screen. For more information, see Defining scheduling options for single production orders.
