You can view the summary of the absence card and the number of days and hours a person works in each month or year at HR ➔ Person ➔ Maintain under the Absence tab. It also provides the summary of the yearly opening balance of the absence days, absence types, entitlements and absenteeism of the selected person. Click this to display the monthly working schedules of the person. It is the default value.
Click this to display the annual working schedules of the person. Days that are public holidays are boxed in red.
Select the month to display the absence schedules for the selected month. Month is disabled if you click Yearly.
Select the year to display the absence schedules for the selected year.
Select one of the following to display the schedules of the person with a summary of the absenteeism.
At the bottom of the screen, you can see the consolidated opening balance of the absence days from the previous year, entitlement, and absence days taken for all absence types.
You will see the following button(s) in addition to the buttons in the main document:
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to export and convert the absence card to Microsoft Excel based on the specified criteria.
