Overview of collective layouts for logistics

Menu paths

To view the list of collective layouts used for invoices, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for invoices.
To view the list of collective layouts used for quotations, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for quotations.
To view the list of collective layouts used for confirmations, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for confirmations.
To view the list of collective layouts used for delivery notes, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for delivery notes.
To view the list of collective layouts used for customer return slips, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for customer return slips.
To view the list of collective layouts used for service slips, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for service slips.
To view the list of collective layouts used for purchase orders, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for purchase orders.
To view the list of collective layouts used for purchase receipts, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for purchase receipts.

To view the list of collective layouts used for production sheets, go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for production sheets.

Note: The menu paths to view the list of collective layouts used for quotations, confirmations, delivery notes, customer return slips, and service slips will only be available if you have selected the Use multiple layouts check box under the Fulfillment section in Order settings. For more information, see Order settings. The menu path to view the list of collective layouts for invoices will only be available if you have selected the Use multiple layouts check box under the Print section in Invoice settings. For more information, see Invoice settings. Meanwhile, the menu paths to view the lists of collective layouts for purchase orders, purchase receipts, supplier return slips, and blanket purchase orders will only be available if you have selected the Use multiple layouts check box under the Receipt section in Purchase settings. For more information, see Purchase settings. The System ➔ Logistics ➔ Layouts ➔ Multiple layouts for production sheets menu path will be available if you have selected the Use multiple layouts check box under the Print section in Manufacturing settings. For more information, see Manufacturing settings.

Introduction

You can view the list of collective layouts used for logistic documents such as invoices, quotations, delivery notes, confirmations, production sheets, service slips, customer return slips, purchase orders, purchase receipts, supplier return slips, and blanket purchase orders. Each collective layout group can consists of multiple layouts for a document type. For example, you may want to create a collective layout for delivery notes that consists of multiple layouts if you need to print several layouts at the same time during the fulfillment of sales orders.

Fields

Search

Click this to search for the collective layouts based on the defined criteria.

Clear

Click this to clear the defined criteria.

Number of rows

Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to be 50, then 50 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 50 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons become available.

Click this to return to the previous list of results.

Click this to go to the next list of results.

Filter

Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.

Collective layout

Type a full or partial collective layout code to display the collective layouts that match the code.

Description

Type a full or partial description of the collective layouts to display the collective layouts that match the description.

Default

Select All to display the default and non-default collective layouts, Yes to display only the default collective layouts, or No to display only the non-default collective layouts.

Buttons

Default

Click this to make the selected collective layout the default collective layout. A default collective layout is indicated by a green check mark under the Default column.

Link

Click this to link the selected collective layout to one or more accounts. For more information, see Linking collective layouts to accounts.

Note: This button will only be enabled after you have created the collective layouts.

Open

Click this to view or edit the details of the selected collective layout.

New

Click this to create a collective layout. For more information, see Creating and maintaining collective layouts for logistics.

Delete

Click this to delete the selected collective layout(s).

Close

Click this to exit.
