In this screen, you can override the capacity hours of an operation by editing work days, editing shift information, or restoring defaults.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 405 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: If you have selected a scheduled operation in the Shop overview or Op. zoom in form, the operation will be selected by default.
Type or select a date to define the start date of the change.
Type or select a date to define the end date of the change.
Select this if you want to edit the days defined at the Start date and End date fields as work or non-work days.
Select this to modify the shift information for the selected days.
Select this to restore the shift information of each operation to its default.
Select the check box(es) to define the days that you want the shift information to be modified.
Note: These check boxes are available only if you have selected Edit shift information.
Select this option if you want each day in the specified date range to be a non-work day.
Note: This is available only if you have selected Edit working days.
These columns are available only if you have selected the Edit shift information option.
Select this option if you do not want the changes to apply to this shift. The days within the specified date range that fall on the selected days under the Change shift information for selected days in date range section will not be considered as work days.
Select this option if you want the changes to apply to this shift. The days within the specified date range that fall on the selected days under the Change shift information for selected days in date range section will be considered as work days.
This displays the shift.
Specify the start time of the shift.
Specify the end time of the shift.
Specify the start of the break time for the shift.
Specify the end of the break time for the shift.
This displays:
This displays the duration of the shift in hours.
This displays the updated capacity of the shift for the selected days in the specified date range. The capacity is calculated by multiplying the value in the Scheduled resources* column with the value in the Hours column.
Click this to apply the capacity changes to selected operations.
Click this to exit.
