In addition to maintaining sectors, Exact Globe Next allows you to maintain subsectors. Subsectors are useful as they give detailed information on the nature of business run by your accounts.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
Click this to search for subsectors based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to “2”, then two rows will displayed. Therefore, if you have more than two rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Click this to go to the next list of subsectors.
Click this to return to the previous list of subsectors.
Select starts with or contains to search for subsectors that start with or contain a certain letter or word.
Type the full or partial unique code of a sector to search for the subsectors that are related to the sector.
Type the full or partial unique code of a subsector to search for the sector.
Type a full or partial description to search for a subsector that matches the description.
This column displays the codes of the subsectors.
This column displays the sector codes which are related to the subsectors.
This column displays the descriptions of the subsector codes.
This column displays a green check mark for each of the respective subsector when the subsector comes with a policy statement.
Click this to generate a print preview of the subsectors report.
Click this to delete the selected subsector. You can only delete subsectors which are not in use.
Click this to open the selected subsector and to edit the description of this subsector.
Click this to create a subsector.
Click this to exit.
