This page allows you to trace the past activities carried out by your people in Exact Synergy Enterprise. These activities could be creating or viewing documents, people, items, and accounts information, requests, or projects.
All users can view the report of their own activities. To view the report of other people, function right 350 — View "Recently read" entities for a specific resource is required. By default, users with the Administrator role have this function right. However, if you are a manager, you can also view the report of your subordinates.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Type or select an ID to display the report of the selected person. Once you have selected a person, you can view the details of the person by clicking the name of the person displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
Select an activity to display the report for the selected activity. You can select one of the following options:
Select Read to display the report for reading activities, or Created to display the report for creating activities.
Type or select the account code to display the report linked to the account defined. Once you have selected an account, you can view the details of the account by clicking the name of the account displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing company account cards.
Type or select an ID to display the report linked to the selected creator. For example, the activity history of read documents created by a specific person.
Note: This field is available only if you have selected Document at Activity.
Type a document subject that contains a specific word, text, or number to display the report linked to these documents.
Select the request type to display the report for the selected request type. The available options depend on the request types that have been created. For more information, see Setting up request types.
Note: This field is available only if you have selected Request at Activity.
Type a request description that contains a specific word, number, or text to display the report linked to these requests.
