Creating and maintaining cash instruments - Conditions tab

This screen is displayed when you click the Conditions tab at the cash instrument maintenance screen (go to Cash flow/Cash instruments/Maintain, and then click New or select a cash instrument and click Edit).

Description

Costs section

Payments/Transaction

Type an amount that reflects the cost of payments per transaction.

Receipts/Transaction

Type an amount that reflects the cost of receipts per transaction.

Fixed/Year

Type an amount that reflects the fixed cost per year.

Note: The currency of the cash instrument will be displayed as the currency for payments, receipts, and fixed costs. This is the currency that you define at the Basics tab.  

Interest section

Percentage: Debit

Type the percentage of the agreed debit interest for the cash instrument.

Percentage: Credit

Type the percentage of the agreed credit interest for the cash instrument.
