Introduction

At this page, you can view a log of all requests that have been generated via the Intelligent Process Cockpit. For more information, see Intelligent Process Cockpit.

Menu path

Go to HRM/Entry/HRM/Intelligent Process cockpit, and then click Log.

Roles & rights

To view a log of all requests generated via Intelligent Process Cockpit, function right 104 – Maintain public holiday for a country is required. Users with the HR and HR assistant roles have this function right.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Button

Show

Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.

Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.

Refresh

Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.

Reset

Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.

Close

Click this to exit.

Description

Process type

Type or select the process type. This information is mandatory. For more information on process types, see Viewing HRM Process Types.

Process action

Type or select the action ID of the process action. Process actions are the actions that will be taken for the process types. For more information on process actions, see Viewing HRM Process Actions.

Created date: From

Type or select the start date for the request generated.

Created date: To

Type or select the end date for the request generated.
