Overview of account type changes

Introduction

You can generate a graph, table, and data in Microsoft Excel of the changes made to your account type at CRM/Graphs & Statistics/Account type changes. This overview enables you to analyze the changes made to the account types quickly and easily.

Description

You can filter the statistics of the changes that you want to display in Microsoft Excel by specifying one or more of the following criteria and clicking Start. The statistics of changes that match the criteria you have defined are then displayed in a graph, table, and data.

General section

Type

Select Customer, Lead, Prospect, or Suspect to display the respective statistics of account changes according to the selected type. Select the All check box to display the statistics of account changes for all types.

Since

Type or select a date or range of dates to display the statistics of account changes that took place on or within the selected dates. Select the All check box to display the statistics account changes that took place on any date.

Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display the statistics of account changes that took place on the selected date and later dates. Typing or selecting only the end date will display the statistics of account changes that took place on the selected date and earlier dates.

Group by

Select the required option to group the statistics of the account changes by Date, Week, or Month.

Status section

Status

Select Active, Blocked, Inactive, Pilot, Reference, or Passive to display the statistics of the accounts changes according to the selected status. You may select more than one.

Buttons

Start

Click Start to generate a graph, table, and data of the statistics of account type changes in Microsoft Excel based on the specified criteria.

Close

Click Close to exit.
