Selecting budget scenarios

Search

Click this to search for budget scenarios based on the defined criteria.

Clear

Click this to clear the defined criteria.

Previous

Click this to display the previous list of budget scenarios.

Next

Click this to display the next list of budget scenarios.

Rows

Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to “10”, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.

Filter

Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.

Budget scenario

Type a full or partial budget scenario code to search for a budget scenario. The budget scenario code is based on the Code defined at the budget scenario maintenance (go to System ? Finance ? Budget scenarios, select the relevant budget scenario and click Open).

Description

Type a full or partial description to search for a budget scenario that matches the description. The description is based on the Description defined at the budget scenario maintenance (go to System ? Finance ? Budget scenarios, select the relevant budget scenario and click Open).

Select

Click this to select the budget scenario that you want to use.

Note: This button is enabled only if a budget scenario is selected.

Open

Click this to view or modify the selected budget scenario entry.

Note: This button is enabled only if a budget scenario is selected.

New

Click this to create a budget scenario. For more information on how to create a budget scenario, see Creating and maintaining budget scenarios.

Close

Click this to exit.
