Release 380: New field: '+ GES' in Payroll data (Middle East legislation)

Background
Refer to Middle East legislation, there is another
type of fund or allowance which is directly paid by government to Kuwaiti. This
fund/ allowance is known as Government Employee Support fund/ allowance
(GES). In order to cater for this fund/ allowance, new section:
Contribution with new field +GES is now added at Payroll
data screen in Exact Globe.
What has been changed
A new section: Contribution with new field
+GES is now added at Payroll data screen. By defining value for
+GES, this value will be taken into account during pension calculation
for resources with Resident status: Local. However, this field will be
disabled for employee with Resident status: Expatriate.

following settings:

- Resident status: Local
- + GES: 50.00
Create the following components:
- Basic salary (Type: Base salary;
Payment period: Monthly; Source: Contract; Amount:
4000; Prorated by Calendar day; Entered amount:
NO)
- Daily allowance (Type: Earning
affect pension; Payment period: Monthly; Source: NA;
Amount: 150 Quantity: 2.0 Entered amount:
NO)
- Deduction (Type: Deduction affect
pension; Payment period: Monthly; Source: NA;
Amount: 55 Quantity: 0.5 Entered amount:
NO)
- Pension paid by employee (Type:
Pension/ Social insurance paid by employee; Payment period:
Periodically; Calculation method: Percentage; Percentage:
9%)
- Pension paid by employer (Type:
