This page allows you to view the list of problem codes created. Problem codes are used for guidance and analysis purposes for the service activity process.
To view the problem codes, function right 859 – View service problem codes is required. Users with the Service desk, Service engineer, Service planner, or Service manager role have this function right.
To edit, delete, or create problem codes, function right 879 – Maintain service problem codes is required. Users with the Service planner or Service manager role have this function right.
Notes:
The information in this document is based on product update 250.
Keep in mind: The Delete button is available only if there is any problem code displayed in the overview.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
