On this page, you can view details of the competences created in the system as well as modify the competences.
Note: This menu path will only be available if you set the competency method to Advanced in the HRM general settings. For more information, see Defining HRM general settings.
To view the competences, function right 505 – View payroll components is required. User with the HR role have this function right.To create and modify competences, function right 508 – Maintain payroll components is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.

This displays the code of the competence.
This displays the description of the competence.
This displays the field type linked to the competence. You can click the hyperlink to view the details of the field type.
This displays the weight value of the competence. Weight values are used during the calculation of ratings in the competency profiles and scores for the applicant-vacancy matching process.
This displays the competence linked to this competence. You can only link to a competence with the same field type, of the same type (competence/target agreement/performance indicator), and the competence must not be previously linked to other competences. By linking a competence, the value or rating for this newly-created competence will automatically follow the value or rating of the linked competence. However, the value or rating can always be changed manually.
This displays the policy document attached to the competence.
