E-Excel Add-In: Updating databases via Excel
Introduction
It is possible to enter and
change price lists and budgets in Excel Add-In. This is very useful when
you enter a price list or a budget for the first time. Excel Add-In can
generate an overview in which you can enter all data directly. When clicking Update
in the toolbar, or via Exact Globe Next ➔ Update, the data will be updated in the database.
Description
This function is available in the budgets and price lists
overviews. The operation of this function is the same for every overview. You
can request an overview in Excel and change it as well. By clicking Update,
the relevant data is changed directly in the database. Otherwise, the data in
the database will not be changed. In the case you have corrections to be made,
make sure you update only when the corrections are finalised.
Updating databases via Excel Add-In
- Run Microsoft Excel, click Update in the
toolbar, or via Exact Globe Next ➔ Update.
- The database will then be updated.
