Introduction
On this page, you can view the list of all HR-related activities. These are used as reminders to alert HR personnel on certain activities so that further action can be taken. For example, a task will be sent to the HR personnel one week before the contract end date of a person. The HR personnel will then take the appropriate action on the particular person. Only HR activities that are set to be generated manually will be displayed on this page.
Before using this function, you will need to set up the process types and process actions. For more information, see

All users can view the list of the HR-related activities.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view HR-related activities?
- On the HRM: Intelligent process flow management page, define the required criteria.
- Click Show.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Show
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria. Click on the displayed results to generate requests. For more information, see Generating requests via Intelligent Process Cockpit.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Log
Click this to display the log of all requests that have been generated. For more information, see Displaying requests generated via Intelligent Process Cockpit.
Fields
Criteria section
Division
Type or select the division code of the process type. For more information on divisions, see Overview of divisions. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Type
Select the type of the process type. You can select Request type, Employment contract, Employee data: Date, or Employee data: Effective date.
Process type
Type or select the process type to be displayed. For more information on process types, see Viewing HRM process types.
Status
Select the Active, Future, Inactive, and/or Blocked check boxes to display process types with the respective status.
Start date
Type or select the start date of the process type.
End date
Type or select the end date of the process type.
