You can create new general ledger accounts and maintain existing ones through Finance/General ledger/Chart of G/L’s. This menu path is used to define the chart of accounts when setting up a new administration. It is also used to add new general ledger accounts at a later date or to modify existing ones.
You can also link categories to these general ledger accounts. These categories are then used to make the chart of general ledger accounts transparent. Based on the standard chart of accounts, a chart of general ledger accounts can be generated automatically.
