You can link, modify or delete documents that are linked to a person at HR/People/Maintain under the Documents tab. You can also attach a payroll slip, claim receipts, purchase order, resume, and other documents related to the person.
Before you can link any document to a resource card, you need to select a person first. Without the relevant resource information filled in under the General tab, all fields under the Documents tab cannot be modified. Click this to link a new document to the selected resource card.
Click this to modify the selected document.
Click this to delete the selected document.
