Product Updates 406 and 405: Fundaciones sector can be selected for non-profit organizations (Spanish legislation)

Previously, you can only get Spanish Official NOB according to PGC07 for the year 2008 onwards. As of January 1, 2012, non-profit organizations have started to use a different chart of accounts instead of PGC07, and it would be useful if Spanish Official NOB could also be reported according to PGC ESFL 2011 (available for normal format).

In this product update, the Fundaciones check box under the Sector section at Finance à Reports à Cuentas Anuales y Libros à Nota Oficial de Balance can be selected by clicking Avanzada.

If the Fundaciones check box is selected, PGC will be changed to PGC ESFL 2011 for non-profit organizations (only available in normal format).

At Finance à Reports à NOB sin cierre à Mantenimiento Categ. Oficiales (only for the Spanish legislation), you can also assign the other general ledger accounts to the official general ledger account to be reported according to NOB PGC ESFL 2011.
