PU 423|422|421 (Globe) and 500|422|421 (Globe+): Taxonomy 6.4 supported (German legislation)

At the beginning of each year, all the German companies are required to submit their annual balance sheet (e-Bilanz) based on the latest version of the taxonomy (XBRL format). With the introduction of the taxonomy version 6.4 for e-Bilanz, businesses with balance sheets for years 2020 and 2021 to be submitted in year 2022 are required to use this version.

The Fiscal Taxonomie 6.4 - 2020.04.01 option is available at Action in the Import taxonomy screen.

You will be able to see the Taxonomy 6.4 folder when you click the browse icon in the Directory field.

If you have successfully imported taxonomy 6.4, you will be able to view the normal GAAP or MicroBilG version together with the GCD in the linking taxonomy screen.

You will be able to select page 18 for taxonomy 6.4 for your submission. It is your responsibility to link the correct general ledger.

When you create the instance document, it is compulsory to link the BVV for taxonomy 6.4.

Note: If you are using Microsoft Windows 10, you have to give full control right for the "usr" folder in the Exact Software installation folder to be able to send the instance document successfully.
