Selecting roles

Roles can be selected in the related Exact Globe Next
modules by clicking the 
icon under
the Rights section, in the Rights tab.
Alternatively, roles can be selected by opening a person’s
card and clicking the 
icon under
the Rights section, in the Rights tab.
Introduction
This document provides you the steps to selecting roles.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than
this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I select roles?
- In the Rights tab, click
under the Rights
section.
- In the Roles screen, select the relevant role(s).
- Click Add.
- Click Save, and then click Close.
Buttons
Select all
Click this to select all roles.
Deselect all
Click this to remove the selection of all roles.
Add
Click this to assign the selected roles to the relevant
person.
Save
Click this to save the assigned role(s) to the relevant
person.
Close
Click this to exit.
Icons
Click this to assign a role to the relevant person.
Click this to edit a role that has been assigned to the
relevant person.
Click this to remove a role that has been assigned to the
relevant person.
Click this copy the user rights of a role to a person.
