PU 424 | 423 | 422 (Globe): Enhancements to E-invoice for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when recording BuildingNumber and PlotIdentification values (Middle East legislation)
We have made a few enhancements to the E-invoice module as part of continued support of businesses in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia (KSA). These include:
- Improvement in
the recording of building number and plot identification data.
- Proper recording of
VAT code with Nature field set to 0 - Not subject to VAT. This is to ensure that validation via the ZATCO portal does not return an error.
Note that for KSA E-invoicing purposes, the building number and plot identification data must be included in the submission. Previously, the Address 2 and Address 3 fields were used
to record these and other data. Now,
(EGN) recognises the use of free fields 44 and 45 to exclusively record values for the building number and plot identification respectively. Users can set up these fields at System > General >
Free fields. An example of this is shown as follows:
After setting up the free fields, you can fill in the building and plot identification numbers under the Extra section in the Extra tab of the account page as follows:
