Maintaining layouts: Inserting images

Introduction

Your layouts can include images like the logo of your company or pictures of items. A Layout screen will be displayed when you click on any of the fields on this screen.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 503. If you have a lower version, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I insert an image?

1. In the Documents settings screen, click on any of the fields to display the Layout screen. A list of layout names and descriptions will be displayed. For some of the layouts, a column named Covering letter will also be displayed.
2. Select an existing layout and click Edit to open and edit the existing layout.
3. Right-click anywhere on the layout, point to Insert and click Image.
4. Alternatively, click Edit on the menu bar at the top of the screen and point to Insert, and then click Image to insert the image.
5. In the Image screen, select the block where you want to insert the image.
6. Next, select the required image from the source where the image is located.
7. Click Open.
8. Click OK.
