This document provides the information on how to copy the information of the selected or original sales order to a new sales order. For more information, see Overview of sales orders and Overview of sales order history.
Select this check box to check the availability of the stock of the corresponding item(s) in the warehouse.
Type or select a fulfillment date to define the fulfillment date of the new order. By default, the current date is displayed.
Select this check box to also copy sales employees and the commission split of the sales employees from the source to target orders.
Note: This is available only if you select the Use sales commission check box in the Sales commissions section of Order settings. For more information, see Order Settings.
Type or select an active person for the new sales order. By default, this field is blank.
This option is automatically selected if there is no error during the copy process. This option cannot be edited.
This option is automatically selected if there is an error during the copy process. The error is displayed in the Result column. This option cannot be edited.
The information in the following columns cannot be edited.
This column displays the number of the original order.
This column displays the code of the debtor linked to the original order.
This column displays the name of the debtor linked to the original order.
This column displays the customer or supplier reference number registered for the original order.
This column displays the number of the newly created order.
Note: The information will be displayed only after the copy process is completed.
This column displays the result of the copy process.
Click this to start generating an order based on the information from the original order. Once completed, the Sales order and Result columns will be updated accordingly.
Click this to exit.
