This page displays all existing links between performance review groups and job activities. On this page, you can link performance indicators in a performance review group to a job activity and indicate which indicators are relevant to the job levels for that particular job activity. For example, a Sales Consultant with job level 4 may need be reviewed on the "Presentation" indicator, but this indicator is not a required measurement for a Sales Consultant with job level 1.
This feature is part of the Performance Review Management process, which is used to measure the performance of employees. With this, the management will be able to identify the training needs for the employees to achieve better results.

This column displays the performance review groups. You can click the corresponding hyperlink to display the details of the performance review group. For more information, see Viewing performance review groups.
This column displays the job activities. You can click the corresponding hyperlink to display the details of the activity. For more information, see Viewing job activities.
Click the corresponding hyperlink to display the job levels of the job activity and the relevant performance indicators.
Click this to delete the link between the performance review group and the job activity. A message "Are you sure you want to delete this record?" will be displayed. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
