This page allows the administrator to configure the session timeout. The session timeout will occur based on the following scenarios:
When the session timeout has expired, Exact Synergy Enterprise will prompt for a new user session once you perform an action. However, the new user session will be prompted depending on the type of authentication used, such as the following:
You can edit the session timeout settings only if you have the Administrator role.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 260 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to exit.
Click this to save the settings for the session timeout.
Select this check box to enable the session timeout functionality. By default, this check box is selected. For more information, see How To: Getting started with session management in Exact Synergy Enterprise.
Type the duration (in seconds) for the session timeout. By default, “86400” (24 hours) is displayed.
Select this check box to enable checks to be performed on concurrent sessions. When enabled, concurrent user logins in Exact Synergy Enterprise are allowed. When disabled, concurrent user logins in Exact Synergy Enterprise are not allowed. For more information, see How To:Getting started with session management in Exact Synergy Enterprise.
