PU 507 | 506 (Globe+): Ability to validate XML files for KSeF sales and purchase invoices (Polish legislation)
In this product update, Exact Globe+ is now able to validate both HTML and XML files. HTML files will be validated first, if they are available. XML files will only be validated if there are no HTML files for an invoice. This ensures that any HTML files that were previously downloaded can still be used.
This enhancement is implemented because the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) has discontinued the HTML invoice downloads and replaced it with XML files. Previously, you can validate sales and purchase entries by matching them with the downloaded HTML files to ensure data accuracy and compliance without direct integration with the KSeF system. Due to the discontinuation of HTML files, you are now required to manually download the XML invoices and use these files to validate your sales and purchase entries.
You can still view the invoice details regardless of whether the file type is HTML or XML.
