In this overview, you can get an insight on the amount of hours that a person has worked.
To view this overview, you will require the YA1401 - Hour entry role module or the Hour entry role, security level 10 and above, and a specific user-defined role that is linked to the relevant field on the Professional services automation: Settings page. For more information, see Defining Professional services automation settings.

Type or select a division code. This displays the schedules of employees belonging to the defined division.
Type or select a cost center code. This displays the schedules of employees belonging to the defined cost center.
Type or select an employee ID. This displays the schedule of all subordinates of the defined manager.
Type or select an employee ID. This displays the schedule of the selected employee.
Note: All employees with the Active and Inactive statuses will be displayed for selection. However, depending on the status defined at Person: Status, only the scheduled and worked hours of employees with the defined status will be displayed in the overview.
Select Active or Inactive to display only the schedules of employees with the respective status. Select Both to display the schedules of active and inactive employees.
Select a date range. In the first column, you can choose from <Range>, <All>, This year, This quarter, This month, This week, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, and Last 365 days. Depending on your selection, the dates will be updated automatically. However, if <Range> is selected, you need to define the dates manually.
Select this check box to display hours that are different from the person’s schedule.
Select this check box to display schedules with zero hours.
This section displays the scheduled and worked hours. The worked hours are displayed per day and also under the Count column. You can click the hyperlink under the Count column to go to the Hours & expenses page. For more information, see Working with hours and expenses entries. When you click the hyperlink under the Person column, you can view the personal card of the employee. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
