Product Updates 419, 418, and 417: Exact Shared Cloud Services account can be updated via Company data settings (Dutch and Belgian legislations)
You can now update the Exact Shared Cloud
Services (ESCS) account by clicking the icon
at the Update existing account to an account ESCS account field under
the Exact Shared Cloud Services section via System ➔ General ➔ Settings ➔ Company data settings.
The Update existing account to an
account ESCS account field will be made available only when your company is
not subscribed to the Exact Electronic Invoicing Service solution, and when the
authorization status has been enabled (which will display a green check mark at
the Authorization Status field).
The icon
at the Update existing account to an account ESCS account field will be
enabled when the following ESCS information under the Exact Shared Cloud
Services section have been defined:
- company name
- e-mail address
- VAT number
- chamber of commerce number, and
- account number bank.
By clicking ,
the ESCS account in Exact Online will be updated, and the following message
will be displayed:
Note that if the check box at the Electronic
banking via digital postbox field has been enabled, the system will update
the ESCS account information to the respective Exact Globe Next administration.
When registering or managing your access to
the electronic invoicing service by clicking at
the Register for / Manage your Electronic Invoicing Service field, the icon
at Update existing account to an account ESCS account field will be
hidden and the fields for the ESCS information under the Exact Shared Cloud
Services section will be disabled.
