You can view the details of the value-added tax (VAT) codes used by your company.

Roles & rights

To display VAT codes, function right 422 – Maintain VAT codes is required. Users with the General Manager and Controller roles have this function right.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh and then click the required link under the Role column.

Refresh

Click this to update the VAT codes according to the defined criteria.

New

Click this to create a new VAT code. For more information, see Creating VAT Code.

Delete

Click this to delete the selected VAT code.

Close

Click this to exit.

Description

Division

Click the icon to select a division. The VAT codes will be displayed for the selected division. If you do not select a division, the VAT codes will be displayed for all divisions. For more information, see Creating Division.

Note: You can click any of the VAT codes in the results section to modify the details of the VAT code.

Customize

Click at the title bar to customize the fields or sections. You can add or remove and also modify the columns based on your preferences by clicking the left, right and Up and Down buttons. Click Save to save the settings, Reset to clear the selections, or Close to exit without saving.
