This page displays the service activity requests that you have created based on the search criteria that you defined at Service management à Reports à Service activities à Service activities.
To search for service activities, function right 858 – View service lines is required. Users with the Service desk, Service engineer, Service planner, or Service manager role have this function right.
Notes:
The information in this document is based on product update 252.
Keep in mind: The Print report button is enabled only if a service activity check box (the first column on the left) is selected.
You can customize the fields and columns that you want to be displayed on the page by clicking Customize.
Click this to define the search criteria. For more information, see Searching for service activities for Service management.
Click this to create a service activity request. For more information, see New request menu.
Click this to print or email the service activity document.

Click this to exit.
This overview displays the service activity requests that meet the search criteria defined at Service management à Reports à Service activities à Service activities. You can click the service activity request in the Request: ID column to view the service order created for the service activity.
