Introduction
This page displays the service activity requests that you have created based on the search criteria that you defined at Service management à Reports à Service activities à Service activities.
Roles & rights
To search for service activities, function right 858 – View service lines is required. Users with the Service desk, Service engineer, Service planner, or Service manager role have this function right.
Notes:

How do I view the overview of service activities?
- On the Service activities page, define the search criteria.
- Click Show.
How do I view service orders created for a service activity?
- On the Service activities page, define the search criteria.
- Click Show.
- Select a request ID under the Request: ID column.
How do I create a service activity request?
- On the Service activities page, define the search criteria.
- Click Show.
- Click New. For more information, see New request menu.
How do I print or email the service activity?
- On the Service activities page, define the search criteria.
- Click Show.
- Select the relevant service activity check box beside the Request: ID column.
- Click Print report.
- On the Service activities documents page, select the Preview tab to view the service activity document or Email tab to email the service activity document.
- Click Print (under the Preview tab) to print the service activity document or Send (under the Email tab) to email the service activity document.
Keep in mind: The Print report button is enabled only if a service activity check box (the first column on the left) is selected.
Tips and tricks
You can customize the fields and columns that you want to be displayed on the page by clicking Customize.
Buttons
Search
Click this to define the search criteria. For more information, see Searching for service activities for Service management.
New
Click this to create a service activity request. For more information, see New request menu.
Print report
Click this to print or email the service activity document.
Note: This button is enabled only if you have selected a service activity check box (the first column on the left).
Close
Click this to exit.
Fields
This overview displays the service activity requests that meet the search criteria defined at Service management à Reports à Service activities à Service activities. You can click the service activity request in the Request: ID column to view the service order created for the service activity.
