Introduction
This document provides you the overview of absence types.
In the Absence types screen, you can easily
administrate the absence of employees by defining the appropriate absence
types.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features
explained here will not be applicable.
Buttons
Search
Click this to search for absence types based on the defined
criteria.
Clear
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Recode
Click this change the code of absence types.
Delete
Click this to delete absence types.
Open
Click this to view or modify absence types.
New
Click this to create absence types. For more information,
see Creating
and maintaining absence types.
Close
Click this to exit.
Fields
Rows
Type the maximum number of rows to be displayed for each
screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be
displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous
and Next buttons.
Filter
Select starts with or contains to search for absence
types that start with or contain the text defined at Absence type
and Description.
ID
Type a full or partial ID of an absence type.
Description
Type a full or partial description of an absence type.
Absence type
Type a full or partial name of an absence type.
