Exact Financials - server installatie

Algemeen

Een Exact Financials patch (genoemd ExactFinancials-<version>.exe) moet altijd op de server worden geïnstalleerd.  Het installatieprogramma zal u door de stappen van de installatie loodsen.

Standaard installatie van Exact Financials:

1. de installatie map bevat het volgende
   1. mappen:
      • 7.2#.##
      • cd
      • lib
      • log
      • temp
      • uninstall
      • webclient
   2. belangrijkste bestanden:
      • Exact Financials.prowcapc
      • exact financials.wcd
      • exact.pro
      • param.pf
      • progress.ini
2. de virtuele map gebruikt door de WebClient:
   1. is ef72 genoemd
   2. heeft de installatiemap als lokaal pad
3. de WebClient URL is samengesteld als: http://<server>/<virtuele map>/webclient/bootstrap.htm.

Voorbeeld:

• de Exact Financials installatie map is: \\<servernaam>\c$\apps\exact\financials.
• in Internet Information Services (IIS), is deze map het lokale pad van de virtuele map ef72. Om de WebClient via URL te starten, gebruik http://<servernaam>/ef72/webclient/bootstrap.htm. Hierdoor wordt het bestand Exact Financials.prowcapc aangeboden.

Patch Installatieprogramma

• Kies de doelmap: geeft de installatiemap in.
• Selecteer componenten
• Details Server
  • Server-naam: standaard huidige <computer naam>
  • Virtuele directory: standaard ef72
  • Naam NameServer: standaard NS1
  • Poort NameServer: standaard 5162
• Details AppServer
  • Naam AppServer: standaard as72exact
  • Poort AppServer: standaard 37000
• Selecteer Progress OpenEdge Installatie Map
• Het voorbereiden van de installatie is gereed
• De WebClient Deployment Packager wordt gestart
  • Klik op 'Generate' om het Exact Financials.prowcapc bestand te updaten, sluit daarna de WebClient Deployment Packager.

Troubleshooting

• Het ingeven van WebClient URL leidt tot: HTTP 404 - Bestand niet gevonden in plaats van dat het Exact Financials.prowcapc wordt aangeboden.
  • is er een bestand genaamd Exact Financials.prowcapc in uw Exact Financials installatiemap?
  • refereert de bootstrap.htm naar Exact Financials.prowcapc?
  • is het lokale pad van de virtuele map juist?
