PU506 | 505 (Globe+): e-Invoicing using PEPPOL (Dutch and Belgian legislations)
Existing Dutch and Belgian customers can send and receive PEPPOL e-invoices based on the Exact Shared Cloud Services account.
New subscriptions for the Belgian legislation will be facilitated by the new functionality whereby Exact Globe+ is integrated with the Exact e-Invoicing solution.
The enhancements are as follows:
New sections added in company data settings
We have added the Exact Shared Services and Electronic Invoicing via Peppol sections at .The Exact Shared Services section allows you to create a new ESS account. When the ESS account is registered, you can register to send and receive invoices using PEPPOL.
You can create a new ESS user by clicking the Create Exact Shared Services account icon under the Electronic invoicing via Peppol section at .
You will see the Activate e-Invoicing via Peppol icon for Belgian administrations that have not subscribed to PEPPOL yet. This icon is enabled if you have created and authorised ESS.
New menu path for incoming e-Invoices
The functionalities in the and menu paths will remain the same for the Dutch legislation whereby the overview displays the invoices that were sent using PEPPOL in the Send tab and invoices that were received in the Receive tab. You can also process the invoices into purchase invoices.
For the Belgian legislation, you can view the sent invoices in the Send tab and received invoices in the Receive tab.
We have introduced a new screen for you to receive e-Invoices at . In this screen, you can download and import the invoices. The Download button retrieves the invoice data from PEPPOL and Import button imports the downloaded invoices into purchase invoices.
