Introduction

At maintenance of resources via HR, Human Resources, Maintain you can link job titles. These job titles can be created or maintained via this option. You can also link job groups and activities to the job titles.

Descrption

Job title
Here you can maintain the job title which you want use. When you click on the icon, you can see all the resources, which has been linked to
this job title.

Description
In this field, you can enter a description of the job title.

Job group
It is possible for job titles to fall under a job group. Thus you can here classify your job titles in certain groups. Via the 'Information' icon, you can view the job titles and job activities, which are linked to the selected job group.

Job activity
With this field, you can select the job activity that is related to the job title. You can here only select job activities related to the job groups that were linked earlier.

Job level
Here you can indicate which job levels are possible for the job title. In the maintenance of the resource, you can indicate a specific job level by resource. This level however must fall within the given range at the job title.

Security level
A job title can also be linked to a security level. This field is copied automatically in the maintenance of the resource under general tab .

Profession codes
This field is a position code where you can use to classify jobs.

Detailed description
In this field, you can maintain a detailed description which is related to the job title.

Attachment
Via this button, you can link a document/attachment to the job title.

At the bottom of the screen you will find the following buttons:

Save
Here you can save the maintained job title.

New
With this button, you can create a new job title.

Close
You can close the application via this button.
