Introduction
On this page, you can search for and view existing project rates.
Roles and rights
To create, view, edit, and delete project rates, you will require the Project controller role. If you have the Project manager role, you can create, view, edit, and delete project rates only for projects of which you are the project manager.
Notes:

How do I search for project rates?
- On the Project rates: Search page, define the relevant criteria.
- Click Show.
How do I modify existing project rates?
- On the Project rates: Search page, define the relevant criteria.
- Click Show.
- Click the Edit hyperlink of the corresponding project rate under the Action column. The Project rates: [Name of project] page will be displayed.
- Under the Action column, click the Edit hyperlink next to the corresponding rate.
- Make the necessary changes, and then click Save.
Buttons
Save
Click this to display the results based on the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results based on the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Close
Click this to exit.
Fields
Criteria section
Division
Type or select the division code to display the rates of projects linked to the defined division.
Cost center
Type or select the cost center code to display the rates of projects linked to the defined cost center.
Project
Type or select the project to display the rates of the defined project.
Manager
Type or select an ID to display the rates of projects with the defined person as the project manager.
Customer
Type or select the customer to display the rates of projects linked to the defined customer.
Person
Type or select an ID to display the rates of projects of which the defined person is a member.
Description
Type the description of the project to display rates of projects that match the defined description.
Start date
Select a date or date range to display the project rates that are registered with the start dates. If you select only a start date, only projects rates which are registered starting from that date are displayed. You can select a type of date range from which the system will automatically generate the exact dates for the selected period such as <All>, This year, This quarter, This month, This week, Today, Yesterday, Last days: 7, Last days: 30, Last days: 90, Last days 365. Click

to decrease or increase the dates for the selected range.
End date
Select a date or date range to display the project rates after which the project rates are closed. If you select only an end date, only project rates which are still valid before the date are displayed. You can select a type of date range from which the system will automatically generate the exact dates for the selected period such as <All>, This year, This quarter, This month, This week, Today, Yesterday, Last days: 7, Last days: 30, Last days: 90, Last days 365. Click or to decrease or increase the dates for the selected range.
Columns
Project
This column displays the codes of the projects. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding project card. For more information, see Viewing project cards.
Description
This displays the descriptions of the projects. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding project card. For more information, see Viewing project cards.
Customer
This displays the names of the customers. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding account card. For more information, see Viewing company account cards.
Manager
This column displays the names of the project managers. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding personal card. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
Start date
This displays the start dates of the project rates.
End date
This displays the end dates of the project rates.
Action
Click the Edit hyperlink to modify the corresponding project rate. For more information, see Creating and modifying project rates.
