This document provides the information of how to change the dates for fulfilment and receiving orders. You can change the fulfillment date for sales orders or receiving date for purchase orders. However, if you change the fulfillment date of the items in the sales or service orders to a later date, you will have to re-authorize the orders if the Order performance dates check box (at System ➔ General ➔ Settings, under Order settings in the Entry section) is not selected.
This section displays all the items in the sales or purchase order.
Note: It is possible that not all columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
This section displays the items with changed fulfillment dates. The items will be displayed only if you click the Refresh button.
Type or select the new fulfillment or receiving date of the item that you want to change. By default, the fulfillment date in the sales order or receiving date in the purchase order of the selected item is displayed.
Click this to display the items with changed fulfillment or receiving dates in the New section.
Note: This button is enabled only if you have selected an item from the Sales order lines or Purchase order lines section.
Click this to save the fulfillment or receiving date defined.
Click this to exit.
