Defining additional criteria for generating debtor aging analysis report

Menu path

Go to Finance ➔ Accounts receivable ➔ Receivables ➔ Aging analysis and click Additional criteria.

Introduction

In this screen, you can define additional criteria to display the aging analysis report for debtors. For more information, see Generating debtor aging analysis report.

Fields

Debtor data

Select this check box to include additional debtor data such as the contact person, address, telephone number, country, bank account, Postbank account, credit line, and payment method in the report.

Note: This check box is enabled only when the Summarize check box is cleared.

New page every debtor

Select this check box to display each debtor on a new page.

Note: This check box is enabled only when the Summarize check box is cleared.

Summarize

Select this check box to display only the total balance of all invoices per debtor within the specified age range. Once selected, the Debtor data and New page every debtor check boxes are disabled. Clear this check box to display the balance of individual invoices per debtor.

Show Amount not due

Select this check box to display invoices which are already due, overdue, and not due yet. Clear this check box to display invoices which are already due and overdue.

Note: This check box is enabled if you have selected Due date at Age and Invoice date or Reporting date at Show by in the Criteria section.

Minimum age

Type the minimum age to display invoices with dates after the defined age. For example, if you specify 30, only invoices due after 30 days are displayed.

Note: This field is enabled only when the Show Amount not due check box is cleared.

Only with notes

Select this check box to display only invoices with notes in the report.

Exclude unknown debtor

Select this check box to exclude the unknown debtors from the report.
