On this page, you can view a list of service activity types that have been created. Activity types are used in service requests to identify the type of service. Examples of activity types are installation, repair, maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, and others. The default hour type and time period are used to pre-fill the resource planning lines during the entry of service activity, and speed up the service intake process.
All users can view the activity types.
