A project transaction card contains the records of financial transactions of a project. In this screen, you can obtain an overview of projects, view the respective project transaction cards, and generate a graph of the actual revenue and costs of the projects.
You can filter the projects that you want to display by defining one or more search criteria and clicking Search. The projects that match the defined search criteria are then displayed. A list of options appears when you click in the Project Manager, Member, Account, Ordered by, Invoice to, and Sales order boxes. From the list, make a selection and click Select.
Click this to search for projects based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. If you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Click this to return to the previous list of results.
Note:
This is available only if the total number of projects that meet the defined criteria is more than the number defined at Rows.

Select starts with or contains to display projects with codes, descriptions, and account names that start with or contain the text defined at Project code, Description, and Name, respectively.
Select a warehouse to display projects linked to this warehouse. Select All to search for projects linked to all warehouses.
Note: This box is available only when you have SE1311 - E-Warehouse Management in your license.
Type or select a date or range of dates to display projects that are planned on this date or within this period. Select the All check box to display projects that are planned on any date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display projects that start on and after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display projects that end on and before the selected date.
Type a full or partial description of the project to display projects with codes that start with or contain this text.
Type a full or partial description of the project to display projects with descriptions that start with or contain this text.
Select the Internal, Fixed, Time & Material, Training, and/or Production check boxes to search for projects with the corresponding type. You may select more than one.
Select the Proposed, Active, Completed, and/or Blocked check boxes to display projects with the corresponding status. You may select more than one.
Click this to expand the search criteria. You will see Project manager, Member, Account, Name, Ordered by, Invoice to, Sales order, Show and Exclude: Automatically generated projects.
Type or select a manager to display projects with this project manager. Leave this blank to display projects with any project manager.
Type or select a project member to display projects linked to this project member. Select the All check box to display projects linked to any project member.
Type or select an account to display projects linked to this account. Leave this blank to display projects linked to any account.
Type a full or partial name of an account to display projects linked to accounts with names that start with or contain this text. Leave this blank to display projects linked to any account.
Type or select an ordered by debtor to display projects linked to this ordered by debtor. Leave this blank to display projects linked to any ordered by debtor. For more information, see Selecting ordered by debtor.
Type or select an invoice to debtor to display projects linked to this invoice to debtor. Leave this blank to display projects linked to any invoice to debtor.
Type or select a sales order to display projects linked to this sales order. Leave this blank to display projects linked to any sales order.
Select Parent to display only projects which are parent projects. Select All to display all projects.
Select this check box to exclude automatically generated projects from the search results.
· Selecting the Generate project check box under the Entry section at System ➔ General ➔ Settings ➔ Order settings will automatically generate projects for all types of items.
Clearing the Generate project check box under the Entry section at System ➔ General ➔ Settings ➔ Order settings will only automatically generate projects for quotations, sales orders, service orders, or service contracts which contain hour items.
However, production projects will always be considered as non-auto generated projects. Thus, to view production projects, clear the Exclude: Automatically generated projects check box.
After defining the search criteria, click Search to display the projects that meet the defined criteria.
Note: It is possible that not all columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to generate the graph of the actual revenue and costs of the selected project in Microsoft Excel. For more information, see Generating graph of projects.
Click this to view the transaction card of the selected project. For more information, see Viewing project transaction cards.
