Customizing Request Type Fields - Invoice: Division
Introduction
You can configure the Invoice: Division field for a
request type in this page. This field allows the user to select a division that
will issue the invoice to the customer if an invoice is generated from a
request of this type. In the request, the field is presented as a Search
icon if the selected option of the Invoice field is other than None.
If there is a division selected, the division description is presented as a
hyperlink to the division card.
This field is to be used together with the Account
and Invoice fields. If the selected option of the Invoice field
is Account and the account selected in the Account field is a
customer account, the user can select a division that has a debtor account of
the selected customer account. For more information, see Customizing

Description
The following describes only the settings specific for the Invoice:
Division field. For more information on the menu path, roles and rights,
buttons, and other settings available in most request fields, see Customizing
Request Type Fields (Main Document).
- Search keyword: Type "invoice" in the Name
box and click Refresh. Click the Invoice: Division field to
add and configure the field in the request type.
- Automatic label: In a generated request form, the
automatic label is "Invoice: Division".
