Introduction
On this page, you can view the production orders with the steps that are executed on the selected operation. This provides you real-time visibility of the statuses of the production orders and job operations.
Only the following production orders are displayed in this overview:
- Production orders with at least the Released status, but not Completed.
- Production orders with steps that will execute on operations with the Open and Started statuses, but not Completed.
- Production orders with any operation, but not with the default operation (code "DFOP001").
Roles and rights
To access this page, the Shop floor control role is required. In addition to that, a few requirements need to be met. For more information, see the Roles and rights section in Logging in to Shop Floor Control via Exact Synergy Enterprise.

How do I view the overview of operations?
- On the Shop floor control page, select the SFC Interface check box.
- At Operation, select an operation.
- Click Login. Once you have logged in, the production orders with the steps that are executed on the selected operation will be displayed.
How do I view the details of operations?
- On the Shop floor control page, select the SFC Interface check box.
- At Operation, select an operation.
- Click Login. Once you have logged in, the production orders with the steps that are executed on the selected operation will be displayed.
- Click on a row to view the details of the corresponding operation. For more information, see Viewing details of operations in touch screen user interface.
How do I create kanban orders via Shop Floor Control (SFC)?
- On the Shop floor control page, select the SFC Interface check box.
- At Operation, select an operation.
- Click Login. The Operation overview page will be displayed.
- Click Kanban. The Kanban order page will be displayed.
- Define the required information, and then click Create.
Tips and tricks
This page will be automatically refreshed every two minutes.

Columns
Start date
This column displays the start dates of the operations. The date format is based on the settings defined at Control Panel à Region and Language à Short date.
Start time
This column displays the start times of the operations. The time format is based on the settings defined at Control Panel à Region and Language à Short time.
Production order
This column displays the production order numbers with steps that are executed on the selected operation. Only production orders with at least the Released status, but not Completed, are displayed.
Description
This column displays the descriptions of the production orders.
Step
This column displays the step numbers of the production orders that are executed on the selected operation. Only operations with the Open and Started statuses will be displayed.
Item description
This column displays the descriptions of the make items for the operations.
Quantity
This column displays the planned quantities of the make items for the operations.
Unit
This column displays the sales units of measurement of the make items for the operations.
Status
This column displays the current statuses of the operations.
Prev. step
This column displays the statuses of the previous steps of the operations:
- Green — A green bar indicates that it is the first operation of the production order, or a previous operation of the production order has been completed.
- Orange — An orange bar indicates that the previous operation of the production order has started (status of operation is Started).
- Red — A red bar indicates that the previous operation has yet to start, and its status is Open.
End date
This column displays the end dates of the operations.
End time
This column displays the end times of the operations.
